Dick Hannafin, founder and President of RMH Associates, Inc. and ProfitLine, Inc., has spent over 30 years in the financial services industry. Before founding RMH Associates,
Dick was Senior Vice President of the Retail Banking Division of East New York Savings Bank.
He was responsible for branch operations, marketing, sales,
strategic planning, and life insurance.
Prior to this, Dick was Advertising and Product Manager at Citibank; Senior Product Manager, Sales Coordinator, and Market Research Director at Chase Manhattan Bank; and he
began his financial career as Manager of Market Research for the American Express Retail Card Division. Dick understands the challenges facing banker today.
Dick's formal education took place at Manhattan College in New York City. He received his "informal" education from the United State Marine Corps in Vietnam.
