Installation of all ProfitLine programs, including merging and processing of all customer records and transactions into the ProfitLine format, onto the institution's internal PC
System Usage Training
One day training session on the usage of the program along with documentation, User's Manual, and sample reports
Data Analysis and Management Summary Report
Ongoing product support and consulting including analyzing the data, comparing the data to like ProfitLine clients through RMH's extensive client data base.
Management Summary Presentation Meeting
Results will be presented to the institution's senior management.
ProfitLine Updates
Updates are processed at least twice per year, or more depending on the institution's preference.
Timing
The average completion time is four to six weeks from the time RMH Associates receives all the data files and system documentation from the client.
