ProfitLine, The Tool
ProfitLine is a Windows NT based tool that generates profitability data by individual account
record including the customer's actual transactions such as deposit, withdrawals, telephone, and ATM, and includes the transaction's point of origin. This gives the user the ability to tract various delivery
channels and the customer's value/cost index. RMH provides the actual direct or indirect cost figures, over 600, for each transaction based on the size of the institution and geographic location. With these costs
the institution can match back to their operating expense and bank net profit.
