Our ProfitLine software matches each customers actual  transactions including checks, atm withdrawals, telephone and internet transfers  and assigns cost to each to calculate total income and expenses by account. It then merges each account into one relationship for Customer Relationship Profitability.

We have the functional costs

 
We have the costs for over 800 transactions, from processing a check or Master Card overdraft advance to the cost to open a mortgage, CD or  Equity LOC.  With these cost you will match back to your own operating cost and net profit for the organization

We have peer comparison data

 
Our Management Summary Analysis and Recommendations  presentation compares your companies results to that of similar size  institutions for a RMH Benchmark Performance Index. This will show how certain  key products may be providing lower returns than your peer group.

We make recommendations

 
Our recommendations come from experience of what changes really worked and didn't work based on quarterly updates, analysis and  comparison.

We do it all in under 90 days

 
We write all the conversion programs to convert your application and transaction files into the ProfitLine format. There are no extract programs required by the institution. We do it all in about 4-6 weeks.

Costs

 
It will cost an institution with under 100,000 accounts about  $15,000 for the initial processing and $10,000 for each update.  Institutions with more accounts priced on a sliding scale based on the number of accounts and application files.
